Warner brothers have announced a Batman franchise game will be release for the 3DS. As yet no further details have been confirmed. Due to the popularity of the films (especially the last two: Batman Begins and The Dark Knight) these games usually go down well and are always worth a play.

Commonly called a hack and slasher, Samurai Warriors returns. Perhaps even THE hack and slasher. We were actually able to demo this one at the E3. Essentially we just had to hack and slash our way through 50 enemies within 90 seconds. As we hacked (& slashed) a special ability bar filled which can then be used to unleash more powerful slashes (& hacks).

Ben Beat Biter bore… sorry: when Street Fighter IV launched in February of last year it was met with such critical acclaim and commercial success that Capcom saw fit to update the game with new characters, arenas and gameplay modes in Super Street Fighter IV, released earlier this year.

Dead or Alive 3D returns to its roots as a traditional one-on-one Beat-‘Em-Up. With a couple of returning characters already confirmed, including: everyone’s favourite doll-like heroines Kasumi and Ayane; along with the star of the Ninja Gaiden series, Ryu Hayabusa. Additionally, some new as-yet-unnamed characters have been revealed.
