EA have confirmed that The Sims 3 will indeed being developed to be released on the 3DS. The game has been a massive success on the PC, Mac and mobile devices and will launch shortly on the most other consoles.

Though there have been similarities of the game in Wii Sports Resort, we've been without a new entry in the Pilotwings series since 1996 (Pilotwings 64).
